The Beach is Totally Cool and Healthy!

OMG so the beach is like totally the best place ever to get healthy! I have been readen so many health blog and I just know that there’s no way the beach isn’t not healthy at all, there is almost everything you can do there to get in better shape.

So, first off, in my opinion, all things being equal, exestentially speaking, the beach is the place for getting your sunshine! Sunshine gives off Vitamin D rays, and your skin absorbs those vitamin D rays which go right to your blood, how cool is that?!

Next, secondly speaking, people can run on the beach, which is totally awesome. Because it is like ten times harder and more exertion spent to run on sand than to run on a treadmill or like in a track, so you’re getting like ten times as much exercise by running the same distance on a beach. But most people don’t even notice because it is so much fun to run on the beach because you can gaze at the ocean or all the cute guys getting tans and the hot life guard studs with washboard abs, OMG!!!!

Also, if you are like all primal and you eat a paleo diet, then the beach is totally the best place for you, because there’s all sorts of primal activities you can do, you’d be surprised how closely playing frisbee is to like what the cavemen did for fun back when they didn’t have professional football.

And if you get hungry, there’s the ocean right over there which has like fish and seafish and shellfish like crabs and lobsters which all have so much omega 3 vitamins its not even funny!!!!
